Flowers were great , full bouquet which was good .
The delivery came to my house not the person it was supposed to go to . You had my address on the card . I had to organise a lift to deliver the flowers to the recipient ( I have a broken leg) . So it was very annoying actually and frustrating .
I know mistakes happen but REALLY . I had paid for delivery . The whole exercise is not a cheap one . So to say I was angry as the understatement.
