Hi there, I love the service you provide and have used you guys about 4 times to send flowers to my parents on occasions during the seemingly endless Melbourne lockdowns. Recently my mum said that the bouquet she received was pretty much exactly the same as the last one I'd sent. So I'm wondering if you can provide more variation to customers who are sending to the same people, or if I could let you know particular flowers/colours they like so these can be included and would make the gift different each time?
