We have a flower subscription with you currently and this is not the first time. We’ve always felt you provided a really artistic service with interesting flower choices in the bouquets. Can I just say I’ve been a little underwhelmed by the 2 bouquets my recipient has received so far. She hasn’t complained but I just noticed that the quality of the bouquets are not what they were. They remind me of supermarket bouquets rather than the high standard you’ve provided in the past. For $89 a bunch I think you need to think about what kind of service you’re giving customers. Thanks
