Ordered flowers and requested a drop off window when recipient would be home. Noticed on the GoPeople delivery App that they were on the truck hours too early. Used chat box to contact delivery trouble shooting. Their suggestion was to leave flowers in van for almost 3 hours and make the delivery final drop off of day. Concerned the flowers would be spoiled I contacted DB who cancelled my order at my request. Underwhelming experience, I wasted too much time for this outcome. For the sane delivery charge a local florist took my order directly to its destination.
