Placed an order at around 1pm, the flowers were out for delivery with some others by about 2pm. You get a link to a live view map of the driver's location and rough eta for your delivery and can leave messages for the driver. They were received later that evening. The whole process was very quick and simple, and basically, everything is handled on the companies end, so you have peace of mind knowing it's all under control and where everything is.
