First time customer, did not know that the place wasn't a traditional storefront. Staff greeted me and assured me that they could help. I was promptly helped and selected a bouquet I liked. When the on-site etfpos failed I was told I could pay via invoice, very happy with that.
Team member that helped me was friendly and genuine. Would definitely visit again and recommend.
