I had ordered flowers for an anniversary gift on a Tuesday night, expecting next day delivery.
Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed the following morning and there was no reason given why on the delivery tracker. By the time the delivery was sorted, it was too late to arrive at its destination on time.
However, the helpful customer service people gave me the option to cancel and get a refund, factoring in that my delivery did not arrive as expected. The cancellation and refund (done over live chat and email) was processed quickly.
Delivery was poor, but customer service was good.
