Six-year Rent Guarantee is nonsenses from this company. I bought a hotel room in Manchester from this developer two years ago. The developer only paid me the guarantee rent in the first year and then nothing. Cannot reach the developer and hear nothing from this company thereafter. Do not know what to do now? So...so sad.
