All the test kits came on time, but still no results of Day 2 test and I am on day 6 of my quarantine and I have already posted my Test to Release. I request a refund for Day 2 test (DANTZ1166500) and I will request a refund for any delayed test result (over 48 hours).
Basically there is no customer service. No one answers to the emails and there is no other way to contact you.
If you can not deal with the workload you should sell less tests. Simple as that. Now you deceive thousands of people and you have a huge impact on their lives. Not all of us travel for fun.
