Hi there,
I have purchased my day 2 and 8 and day 5 test and release on the 16th of July and I didn’t reactive my kits until the end of the day of the 20th. I’ve registered my kits and I never received any results from my 3 samples sent. I also had to stay at home for the whole 10 days period.
I’ve sent at least 5 emails now and I never received a response or any results. Awful costumer service! STAY AWAY
