My family and I are yet to receive our day 8 at home covid results. This was done on the 31st of August.No mail to acknowledge sample collection and no results either.
All mails to them has not been attended to.
This is highly unprofessional and requires an immediate attention by the UK government. It appears so many people are experiencing same thing.Hence,consumers protection and rights agency should swing into action and deal with this lapses ASAP.
