First you don t have a phone number,second you are delaying with the result. People pay the test to be prompt on the result and buy the test to release to get out from quarantine early ,you don t even bother to answers the email on time and you don t give the result on time. One member of family you hold it in the house as you don t give one time the result on day 5 .
Why the goverment gave you acrediation if you are not serious?
Only to take money from people and hold them in house with a negative result?
