4 x tests ordered, 1 kit missing a sample tube. Notified Dante immediately.
Repeatedly tried to contact Dante Labs via email and contact form – ALL messages/emails ignored.
Submitted the remaining 3 tests. 1 test result returned the remaining 2 not processed in the promised time scale.
Poor service in supplying the tests, terrible service processing the tests, customer service non-existent.
£192 paid for 4 tests. Only 1 processed.
Avoid this company if you want to receive what you have paid for.
