Waiting for a response and refund since May 2021 from Dante Labs. They failed to deliver my Day 2 and 8 Tests on time, despite my ordering them a month early. I had to purchase a second set of tests from another supplier. They have never responded to any emails and no refund has been forthcoming from them. My bank has challenged the charge and i am awaiting a final outcome. Last communication fro. My bank indicated that Dante Labs were challenging their action. Unbelievable. So here we are today with them in the news and surprise surprise Immensa Labs has incorrectly reported 43,000 pcr test results. Immensa Labs is owned by Dante Labs!! So if you are reading this their testing service at Immensa Labs has been suspended while they are investigated BUT THEY ARE STILL SELLING TESTS VIA THEIR WEBSITE TODAY. I think this tells you all you need to know about this company.
