The kit was shipped four months after purchase; Additional £16 was charged for customs despite the fact that I ordered on a UK website; the kit has expiry date one month from now which means that by the time they process it, they will be doing it with an expired kit. And to top it all: they are not answering mails and no phone number to contact them
