I have recently placed order on daraz,
They have really bad management system .
Parcel didn't arrived..
And there is no mechanism to actually track where it is right now. They are I'll be in our warehouse most prolly. That's it.
Soo I am getting answers like you'll be called. Yet no response.
Such a waste of time ..
