Sofa arrived yesterday and is even better than we'd hoped for. It's stunning. Delivery team were very professional and on time.
Only slight negative for us happened on our first trip to the St Albans store. We'd been looking at sofas for ages when I needed the loo. The manager wouldn't let me use the toilet on site and directed me on a ten minute walk to one in the centre of town. Thought this was a bit off, given we were clearly serious customers.
