Excellent couch - exactly what I was hoping for. In-store service and delivery team were very good.
Would have been 5 stars if there had been more communication around fulfilment: 8-10 weeks estimate turned out to be actually 12, plus the earliest available delivery date was 2 weeks on top of that. I understand estimates are estimates, but an email or two would have been appreciated.
