Worst customer service I’ve had with any company ever. They delivered a faulty sofa and then tried to blame us for it being broken, despite a third party confirming a manufacturing fault. The whole thing took almost 2 months to resolve. They took ages to come and collect their broken sofa and we are still out of pocket as had to pay for window removal which they refused to reimburse. I would avoid this company and wish someone warned us.
