Our first look around your St Albans showroom was on a Sunday and the staff on duty although helpful did not convince us of their knowledge of the products.
The measurements on the website did not match those on the printed leaflet we got at the showroom.
The lady in charge of the showroom whom I spoke to on the telephone was very efficient and helpful. She was able to change our order successfully. The sofas arrived on time and we are very pleased with them.
