Ultimately, the sofabed seems pretty good and that is what matters. Prior to ordering, I was able to get comprehensive dimensions ...which was helpful. At the showroom in St Albans, I wasn't pestered and took my time making choices on coverings etc. The sofa bed was delivered approximately when originally projected and the delivery team were friendly, helpful and left everything clean and tidy. On the downsides...I had to chase delivery as there was no updating contact between order and delivery. The sofa was delivered without any care instructions and although I was advised orally at time of order, that was a while ago and a care sheet really should have been provided. And with a leather sofa, it wasn't possible to order any cushions...a real shame as in reality that's the only way I could have ever got matching leather cushions. Having said that, overall it has been a good and painless experience and I'm happy with the end product. Would I go back to Darlings?...yes.
