After trawling numerous sofa shops in the St Albans area, I came across Darlings of Chelsea by a complete accident. I was immediately impressed by the sales staff, Dorota who was immediately attentive and had brilliant product knowledge. I spent quite a bit of time with Dorota and I felt like I had enough information to make an informed decision. The Morellia corner sofa is the one I went for in the end, and after receiving it, I couldn’t be more delighted. A follow up communication from Darling’s about my experience was a nice touch.
