The whole exercise from first visiting the showroom through to the actual delivery date was very competent and efficient and a genuinely pleasant experience. The quality of the leather swivel chair that I ordered proved to be exactly as I had anticipated, but as I have bought from the St. Albans branch before I was not surprised. There were two elements relating to this purchase that were a disappointment: Firstly, some damage to my stair hand rail occurred. Secondly, the FAMA chair arrived with a permanent visible label stitched into a main seam and this is something that I did not expect and most certainly do not want! Before potentially buying any other FAMA products, I will ask if it possible to "Not have a label" or else just simply buy from another supplier.
