The service offered by Darlings of Chelsea in Tunbridge Wells was excellent, and we are very pleased with the sofa. Due to unprecedented demand for the sofa we had ordered there was an delay on delivery, but DoC kept us informed, It was delivered within the amended time window. I would have given a five star rating if the delivery people had not been quite so "bull-in-a-china-shopish". Fortunately the sofa took its place in our lounge undamaged.
