I received excellent customer care from Darlings of Chelsea. My sofa was due to be delivered during Lock Down 2020. Delivery had to be postponed, initially by Darlings and then by me twice more. Darlings were very co-operative and helpful and eventually my sofa was delivered having been safely stored during the whole period. I am thrilled with it!
