I came across Darren on YouTube and after watching his videos and listening to him explain the ins and outs of google adwords, I knew this was the guy I needed without a doubt. My campaign was in shambles from the previous company that had shifted me about from one campaign manager to the next costing me tons of money and a tremendous amount of frustration and stress. After watching a few of Darren's videos I thought to myself.. "there's no way Im actually going to get ahold of this guy and if I did, I'm sure he'd just sell me on all the magic and then have someone else working on my campaign who has half the knowledge. (Ive experienced this time and time again.) After you pay a company or most anyone for that matter, the enthusiasm is long gone and it's like pulling teeth to reach the goals they sold you on. Speaking with Darren for the first time on our video chat he was not only very friendly, but took my campaign and goals very seriously. He had already went over every part of my campaign as well as my website and had a list of issues that he walked me through on his screen showing me where things were going wrong. Most people would usually tell you they found a list of issues, but would act like it's the secret sauce as far as exactly where the issues are and exactly what they intend to do to fix them. Darren is very transparent and straightforward. He had a clear goal and clear plan of action. It doesn't take long at all to know he's someone that you can trust and who has your best interests at heart. We were completely comfortable giving him complete access to our campaign account and godaddy account to make any changes necessary. He rebuilt our campaign, built us a new website and had us up and running correctly in a very reasonable amount of time. Darren worked on our campaign personally and communicated with us daily about everything every step of the way. When we went to Darren we had a poorly structured, high cost campaign and a website that looked decent, but lacked correct communication with our ad campaign. When Darren was finished we had a properly structured campaign and a website that was connected to each google ad through landing pages that captured the keywords that we were targeting. Everything was set up to function as one unit. We ended up with more relevant clicks, a lower cost per conversion and finally someone that we can trust. My suggestion is to get him while you can. This caliber of individual is usually difficult to access. Id say I got lucky. I can definitely see Darren running a campaign management company in the near future. He is that guy.
