First I was greeted as a friend. "Hey" is not appropriate. Next time try "hello", good evening", etc.. Learn your manners dashvapes. I had an order processed for next day delivery and wasn't notified of a delay, I had to inquire. Poor attitude, blew it off like it was a regular event and that was that. Not my first negative experience here. Sadly, some companies don't realize that we don't need them like we used to. So many options online. When you are delaying an order, you should update the customer.
