The help desk support on website setup was fantastic. The help was wonderful and so patient. My new site is very fast (I moved to Datapacket hosting server from another website hosting provider). I will be upgrading today to a bigger web hosting package (more domains, etc). I'm lovin' it. I am so glad that I went with their dedicated server hosting service! Not only is the price right, and their customer service is always excellent, but it has saved me LOTS of time not having to worry about multiple hosting accounts.
