Very poor customer service. After receiving a faulty Thunderbolt 3 dock they have been unable to help me resolve the issue. Instead they asked me to contact the manufacturer directly and said to take it up with them. This is unacceptable. They sold me the item and therefore are not upholding their responsibilities as a retailer. I should have bought the item from Amazon even though it was slightly more expensive as at least I know I can return the item and get my money back. I’ve sent three emails to customer support and since them telling me the first time to contact the manufacturer I’ve heard nothing from them. I’ve had to go and purchase another dock from elsewhere due to the urgency of a project and now I’m out of pocket twice due to not being informed whether I can return a faulty item. I’m still waiting to hear back from them as I write this review. Stay away, pay a little extra for peace of mind.
