I was looking to join a tour, and the Philippines was interesting because the women speak English and have more of the culture about nurturing of the family that I am looking for. So I started emailing back and forth with a wonderful woman in Davao from the website and I met her at the Davao social party. We hit it off and had good chemistry so we went to the excursions and spent time together. Ultimately I proposed to her and she said yes. We have now started the K1 visa process to begin our new life as happy married couples.
