Very friendly staff. Always ready to help as best they can. However, internal systems seem to be .missing or a breakdown in the lines of communication. In some instances the customer is talking to the wrong person on the phone (who does their best to satisfy the enquiry) but the customer believes that they lack product knowledge or company procedures. Our examples:- TV..NO SIGNAL. We were unaware of Booster in cupboard above stove for a week.
No "pillow" for dining table (colours?included as std?) Annexe not ready at hand over. But 2 anti-flap kits supplied. No lights working on our first dry run.......eventually identified black master switch. Defrost that brand of fridge ( advised by fellow camper). Commencement date of storage? BUT WE LOVE THE VAN. As above, the staff ALWAYS FRIENDLY. CHEERS
