The sales experience at the camping show was excellent as was the handover with Andrew. Andrew made sure to take the time and ensure we knew the trailer inside and out. He was professional and carting it was a great handover.
however the support and follow up in between with our sales rep was less than desirable. When we called I was treated as if I was a nuesens and wasting his time, speaking quite rudely to me but then when my partner took over communication he was spoken to with respect. Everything else was amazing aside from this
