The plants are always sent in perfect condition and come carefully packaged. I had a problem with a climber which didn't drive and Lisa offered me a replacement as soon as she saw a photo of the plant which I had mistakenly put in a too-small pot. David Austin is, for me, the best rose grower I have ever come across.
