David Austin roses are an absolute top class company and you can be confident that if you are purchasing from them you will receive excellent customer service. They are quick to respond to queries and will offer to replace anything you are not happy with - I ordered a rose last year which the delivery company damaged quite badly - even though it wasn't David Austin's fault I contacted them so they were aware and they immediately offered to send me a replacement and are always willing to give help and advice too.
