Abysmal customer service, have had a faulty item for a week and no reply to emails.
Contacted via fb messenger and essentially got told off for sending multiple emails.
I waited a few days as hadn’t heard anything. Still waiting for any response.
Not good enough, wouldn’t touch this company again with a barge pole
