I bought a 65" tv from this Company and when delivered it was damaged. The damage cannot be seen when the tv is switched off. I reported the damage the next day. They are now saying that I damaged the tv when I moved house. I happen to say to the dopey driver that I was moving house. Damaged reported 1st June, moved house 25th July. Read the following to see what morons run this Company. Started legal proceedings which is relatively easy if you go through the small claims court (Money Claim Online (MCOL). Do not deal with this Company. Oh also called BuyTVDirect. FACT. I received the tv 31st May 2018. I opened the box and checked the contents in front of the driver, everything was complete. for which I signed for. I did not sign that the tv was in good working good. FACT. I powered up the tv on 1st June 2018. This was not in front of the driver. I discovered a thick black line running down the side of the screen. You can only see this when powered up. I took two photos of the screen and emailed the same day as per DC Digital's T&Cs. The two photos I sent have the date and location (delivery address) in the file information settings. I have since been told that the crystals underneath the glass screen were cracked and cannot be seen by a quick visible inspection. This information was from a competitor. FACT. DC Digital offered me a replacement (I do have the email from them dated 14th June.). FACT. Driver turned up on 22nd June to collect without a replacement. I was at work but tried to arrange to be home around 5.30pm. The driver spoke to my neighbour and asked if my neighbour had a key to gain access to my house without me being present so that he could collect the tv. He saw the tv in the hallway of my house whilst speaking to my neighbour. FACT. I moved house on Wednesday 25th July 2018. ASSUMPTION. That DC Digital say that I moved the tv to my new house and damaged it in the process. I rest my case.
