Hi I bought a 65 inch TV when arrived it had multiple deep scratches in the screen,no plug,no remote,no stand. I complained instantly over the Christmas period,the company deliberately changed the description on their website from A grade to A- after I bought the TV luckily I had taken a screen shot of the website at the time of purchase. This company needs investigating they deliberately sell seconds tv and make false claims they are perfect. Perhaps watchdog need or rip off Britain need to investigate the company and its practices.
