Awful. I should have checked out the reviews before ordering. TV arrived faulty in the wrong badly damaged box shrinkwrapped. I returned the TV after an arguement with their customer servies about who was responsible for repairing packaging. I did it myself in the end. I returned the TV and they then advised it was ready for collection and they would not ship it back...5 hours and 280 miles away. I have now asked for a refund and they have not responded for over a week. 16 phone calls to their phone number and 3 emails and no one replies or pickups. At this stage I'm considering they have stolen my money and raising a complaint through the small claims court.
