was very satisfied. the only problem was the delivery driver who refused to take all 7 items off the palette and place the appliances in my house. It should be made clearer when placing such a large order that delivery is to the front door only. Might i suggest you use a company that will take the appliances into the home.
I found some local builders who put the appliances into my house and paid them £50 which was reimbursed by you, so fortunately managed to resolve this but it would have been a big issue otherwise
