I stupidly ordered the wrong model of oven. When I realised my mistake and rang Deals4U they couldn't have been more helpful. They changed the order, I paid the difference, didn't have to go through cancelling one order and placing a whole new one. Because of my mistake it meant a delay in the order arriving. They said they would do their best to get it to me by a certain date, which was quicker than it could have been. Sure enough they contacted me a couple of days before the proposed delivery date to confirm this and arrange delivery. Very pleased with the service received. Some online companies it has to be said don't have a high level of customer service, but I did not find this to be the case with Deals4U.
