Ordered a Dimplex fire. Website said free upgrade to latest model. Emailed them and they said yes, it was the latest one. When it arrived it was the old model. Not impressed!
Royal Mail's delivery was a joke. No way I could check online when it would arrive, and no text from them either. Ended up collecting it from a Post Office 2 miles away.
The prices might be attractive, but my experience with Deals4u was dismal.
