The first drier was faulty, I think it had been dropped by the courier company rather than a manufacturing fault.
I got the faulty drier replaced, I did have to wait nearly 2 weeks which was not ideal.
I have used the new drier a few times now and it is superb, I cannot fault it. It dries clothes very quickly and leaves them soft and fluffy. It is not noisy and doesn't seem to be too heavy on the electricity. I do not regret my decision to order this drier at all.
