After ordering my fire on the 11th of Nov I hadn't had any corespondence with the retailer,I called on Wednesday 7th Dec. To be told they were expecting the fires that day or the next after no email with dispatch details I called again today 13th to be told exactly the same. I do hope I have a dispatch email tomorrow .
