The microwave we bought was just what we were after and the price was very good. However, when I ordered (and one of my main reasons for ordering) the website showed the microwave was "in stock" and delivery would be within 5 to 7 working days. Payment was taken around the third working day so I assumed that my microwave was on its way. When it did not arrive and when I had not received any communication, I rang customer services to be told that they were waiting for stock to come in from the supplier which they were expecting on the 8th working day and they would then send it out to me to arrive on the 10th working day. In fact, it was the 11th working day before the microwave arrived and this was about a week or ten days after payment had been taken from my credit card. I would have rated the transaction "very good" if it had not been for the taking of early payment, the lack of communication and the length of time that the microwave took to arrive.
