Not at all happy. I ordered an electric fire which you said was in stock, took my payment only to get in touch with me a few days later to say you hadn't got any until week beginning 13 Feb. So I now have to pay my credit card for something I have not yet got. Surely you should not take payment until the order is dispatched!
