The first assistant said she would get back to me soon but didn't. I rang back later and the next assistant was brilliant. The oven l wanted was not available and she looked up the other options for me and we chose my new oven. I am delighted with my purchase and it was delivered quickly and l was kept informed of a delivery time which was absolutely spot on. I would buy from this company again without any hesitation. My expectations were met and exceeded. Fantastic. My new oven is better than the original one l wanted thanks to the sales assistant on the phone.
