The oven arrived on time as promised. The courier had damaged the box and we thought we might have a problem with the device but it was actually OK. Deals4u immediately gave me £20.00 or said they would replace it. We took the compensation but they key here is just how quickly and efficiently they resolved the issue. No long waiting time on the phone to a call centre, just great customer service. We will use these guy every time where possible. Oh yes, they were also the best priced seller.
