I was nervous about contacting anyone about my debt. However, I spoke to a lovely lady, Annie McLaughlin, who spoke to me initially through WhatsApp until I could manage to speak on the phone. She was amazing! So understanding and helpful with sorting out what was best for me, without judging my finances. I’m forever grateful for her help in getting me on track.
