The initial adviser Ian, has kept in touch with me for a few months to give me the opportunity to take up the offer agreed with Aisha today.
Firstly Ian and now Aisha's customer service has been exemplary and cannot praise and thank them enough for what they have done for me, this has been a huge weight off my mind.
Both displayed exceptional service delivered with empathy, care attention and compassion and Ian in particular went above and beyond in his assistance.
