I was terrified making the call to sort my mess out, I’d spent months being angry at myself for not being better. Then I spoke to Hayley, she was amazing so patient and understanding and took each step at my pace. It’s was easy to communicate with her to have any worries/questions answered via WhatsApp. I’ve just been through my call to set up IVA and I’ll now pay £108 a month. Finially I can stop worrying and focus on my health. I will always be great full for the support Hayley has given me. Thank you x
